My Morning Routine

In the past I never had a SOILD Morning routine but since c19 it’s helped me to really lean into Holistic wellness as a daily practice for myself and my Bully Bread pit bull Lola.  I’ve always had an interest in Holistic Lifestyle and Naturopathic practices. I would pick up a few wellness products sporadically here and there but without fail would slip back into the more conventicle way of doing things.

 

Thankfully by intentionally implementing a few things I’ve learned over the years I’ve turned my mornings into the most productive time of day where I have sharp focus and clarity on the goals and steps I need to take to maximize the day.

 

An effective morning can map out your day for success especially when implemented daily.

 

My morning habits start with Gratitude. As soon as I open my eyes my focus shifts to powerful thoughts while deep breathing during this time I use affirmations to create a positive shift to begin the day.

Raise your vibration by reciting the affirmations below

I’m supported

I attract Money easily and sustain wealth

My surrounding and life are abundant

My energy ignites people I have a heart of gold

I am well taken care of in all areas of my life

You are Beautiful, loved and high favored

 

Next I drink 1-2 Cups of hot Lemon Water

 

Hot lemon warm every morning helps in maintaining the pH balance of the body and extension of my morning practice of stillness. Along with other benefits like high counts of vitamin C, a rich source of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium etc. in addition to Anti-inflammatory properties which aides in my water retention something I have noticed more as I’ve gotten older.

 

This took some time but eventually No electronics

 

I struggled with this at first but charging my phone in the living room overnight eases the temptation this simple change has soared my productivity and general mainframe.  Try it for a week.

 

I then start to move my body by doing a HITT Work out HIIT workouts are tailored to women and superior when it comes to building muscle strength, encouraging flexibility and boosting heart health.

This has been my routine for the last 4 months and I can honestly say the results speak for themselves I’ve lost 7lbs, and more importantly I have been the most productive these last 16 weeks that I have been in the last two years. I start and end my days with fairly the same with journaling, self-care & gratitude to stay in a consistent high vibrational alignment.
